Manage and maintain Office 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Troubleshoot and monitor Azure AD Connect and Office 365 issues, including mail flow, mailbox permissions, anti-spam/malware, and security compliance. Automate processes and develop Power scripts for enhanced efficiency. Administer user accounts and licenses using the Office 365 Admin Console and Power. Assist users with Exchange Online in Outlook 2016 and OWA. Perform Exchange Server 2013 administration, including Edge Transport server management and patch updates. Qualifications: Experience: 4-6 years in O365 administration (Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, Azure AD synchronization). Technical Skills: Proficient in Office 365 Suite features and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Flow, Intune, Azure ATP, Security & Compliance, and Dynamics 365 (optional). Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Exchange Management . Knowledge of Azure Administration (certification mandatory). Certifications: Azure Administration Certification. MCSA: Office 365 Certification.
