Work will be assigned through task orders addressing specific IT systems improvements. This is a multi-year, task-order-based contract to enhance our data and reporting capabilities, aligning with its operational and environmental goals. Minimum Qualifications Experience: Proposers must have at least five (5) years of experience in data system development and management. Technical Expertise: Knowledge and experience with SQL, Microsoft Power BI, and e-Builder are required. Key Personnel Needed: Project Director: Oversees all services (non-billable). Project Manager: Manages and coordinates services. Quality Manager: Ensures quality reviews and submissions. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: e-Builder- designed for construction management.
