Hands on experience in, including but not limited to, designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow workflows, glide AJAX, script includes, business rules, scheduled jobs, flow designer, access control list, and transform maps. Designing cross-platform integrations in ServiceNow using REST calls (incoming and outgoing integrations/webhooks). Experience in implementing ITSM Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes in ServiceNow. Nice to have: GRC Experience in ServiceNow. Knows MS Visio to develop architectural diagrams for the proposed or implemented solutions.
