Work as a technical expert with clients, analysts, programmers and other team members to develop solutions within the Oracle Identity and Access Manager suite. 2. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. 3. Prepare detailed specifications from which complex programs will be written. 4. Instruct, direct, and quality assure the work of other programmers and analysts. 5. Provide application support, which includes problem research, analysis, resolution, and on-call support. 6. Work with QA/Testing groups to resolve issues and to ensure software quality.k On-boarding applications to OIM. Off-boarding application from OIM. Running of jobs, monitoring and resolving exceptions. Handling incidents and support requests within our SLA. Respond to requests from audit with direction from management. Provide support and troubleshooting for access issues and escalate as necessary. Incorporating process changes and updates into the Standard Operation Procedures (Runbook) in SharePoint. Participate in all Scrum ceremonies. Participate in on-call support rotation.
