This role focuses on leveraging advanced technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automation platforms and a strong understanding of document lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Architect end-to-end document processing automation solutions that meet business requirements. Identify areas for improvement within document workflows and recommend innovative automation strategies. Technology Implementation: Integrate OCR, machine learning models, and AI-based tools for document classification and data extraction. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to integrate automation solutions into existing systems. Optimization & Maintenance: Monitor and optimize deployed solutions to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability. Maintain a library of reusable components to accelerate future automation projects. Documentation & Training: Create detailed technical documentation for automation workflows and processes. Provide training and support to stakeholders and team members. Required Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years in automation, document processing, or workflow management roles. Proven experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. Hands-on experience with OCR tools (e.g., ABBYY, Google Vision API, Tesseract). Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, .NET, Java). Strong knowledge of API integrations and workflow orchestration. Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in document processing. Certifications (Preferred): RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional, Blue Prism Developer). Certifications in document management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, DocuSign). Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based automation tools and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure Logic Apps). Familiarity with document management standards and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Understanding of BPM (Business Process Management) methodologies.
