Seeking a candidate who has previous experience working for a TX State Agency. Make sure they have the 4 years working for State of TX in the past (I got some resumes but they didn't have that and it is required (they will only acccept if they have all the required skills) however if you get one that maybe worked for the state for 2-3 years I can try that Job Description Scope/Description of Services The Worker(s) will provide the following services: TWC currently uses PeopleSoft FSCM v9.2 as its Financial system. TWC uses the following modules: Asset Management, Billing, Contracts, ePro, GL, Inventory, Payables, Purchasing, Receivables, Strategic Sourcing, and Commitment Control. TWC uses an Oracle database and AIX servers. TWC is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to support IT projects. Work involves updating and migrating a 20-year-old legacy system from a mainframe environment to a more robust PeopleSoft-based solution. Assists in the design and development of PeopleSoft application based on business requirements. Experience with developing bolt-on solutions for PeopleSoft needed. Responsible for understanding requirements, designing, developing, testing, and implementing new and custom modules. Requires a thorough understanding and hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Finance version 9.2 and PeopleTools. Worker(s) will augment TWCs PeopleSoft technical and functional team. Performs other duties as assigned to maintain IT operations. REQUIRED SKILLS: 4-7 Years Required - Experience implementing/upgrading/maintaining PeopleSoft ERP systems 5 Years Required -Technical support to implement, upgrade or maintain PeopleSoft Finance version 9.2 and PeopleTools version 8.57 or above, including Application, Data Mover Scripts Engine, Component Interface, Unix, BI Publisher, Events and Notifications, and SQR 5 Years Required - Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities 5 Years Required - Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels 2 Years Required - Strong technical writing skills 4 Years Required - Implementing/upgrading or maintaining a State of Texas PeopleSoft Finance system: Workforce Reporting, Accounting, and Procurement System (WRAPS) at the Texas Workforce Commission, or Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) at the Comptroller of Public Accounts 2 Years Required -Experience collecting technical requirements and designing appropriate software solutions PREFERRED SKILLS: 2 years preferred - Create, Maintain and Update System and Configuration Specific documentation like Environment Diagrams, Security, and Integration Mappings 2 years preferred - Implementing/upgrading or maintaining a State of Texas PeopleSoft Finance system: Cash Draw & Expenditure Reporting (CDER) System Keywords: business intelligence information technology Texas Peoplesoft FSCM Developer -Remote [email protected] |
