Provides maintenance and performs modifications for file maintenance and software changes while enhancing existing applications in accordance with the user needs. Analyzes user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and constraints. Ensures all system interfaces are operational for consistent, reliable data transfer between multi-tiered platforms. Develops and directs software system testing and validation procedures, programing and documentation. Assumes primary responsibility for multiple projects as directed. May perform other duties as assigned. REQUIRED DEGREE Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Geography, Geology, Geographic Information Systems or Information Technology is required.
