Must have over all 12+ years' experience working as a MS Dynamics Developer and expertise in Customer Engagement Module. This role is Hybrid and require 2 days onsite at Rockville MD office. We are seeking an MS Dynamics Techno-Functional Analyst with strong communication skills who can confidently interact with business users and clients. The ideal candidate will be able to gather requirements, offer solutions, and provide customization expertise within MS Dynamics. Experience with UI and customization is essential, as is the ability to bridge technical and functional aspects while delivering user-friendly solutions. Experience: Experience as a Techno Functional Consultant on software projects in supporting requirement analysis, documenting functional and technical requirements, Experience working on MS Dynamics projects is required. Adept at requirement gathering, turning functional requirements into technical specifications Strong ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team and users. Experience handling Healthcare data Experience working in Azure DevOps environment Experience configuring MS dynamics Able to triage change requests, incidents during all phases of design, development, testing and training.
