Deliver designs that balance creativity with usability and accessibility. Outperform and Innovate: Push the boundaries of design innovation to deliver solutions that stand out. Elevate the teams creative output by contributing unique ideas and setting benchmarks for design quality. Stay ahead of trends in visual design, typography, color theory, and motion graphics. Develop Dashboards and Presentations: Create visually compelling dashboards to represent complex financial data in an intuitive and engaging manner. Design impactful decks for board meetings, executive reviews, and client-facing presentations, aligning with the banks branding and objectives. Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and data teams to align visual designs with strategic goals. Partner with marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding across all digital and offline touchpoints. Maintain and Enhance Design Systems: Contribute to the development and evolution of the banks design system to ensure scalability and consistency across platforms. Ensure all visual assets comply with ADA accessibility standards and industry regulations. Prototype and Iterate: Create high-fidelity visual prototypes to effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders. Incorporate feedback and usability insights into iterative design improvements.
