The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CPQ processes, Salesforce architecture, and how InMind integrates to streamline manufacturing or complex sales operations. Key Responsibilities CPQ Implementation and Management: Design, configure, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements. Work closely with the team to integrate Salesforce CPQ with InMind Cloud solutions for quote-to-cash processes. Process Optimization: Analyze current sales, pricing, and configuration workflows and recommend enhancements. Optimize pricing, quoting, and approval processes using Salesforce CPQ and InMind. Integration with InMind: Ensure seamless data exchange between Salesforce and InMind Cloud. Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges during implementation and operations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and IT teams to gather requirements. Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce CPQ and InMind functionalities. Customization and Development: Develop custom rules, product bundles, and pricing mechanisms. Utilize Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components where necessary to extend Salesforce CPQ functionalities. Reporting and Insights: Create dashboards and reports to track sales performance, pricing trends, and quoting efficiency. Provide actionable insights to leadership for strategic decision-making. Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Expertise: Proven experience in Salesforce CPQ (10+ years). Strong understanding of InMind Cloud integration and its applications in manufacturing or complex sales industries. Salesforce Knowledge: Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; CPQ Specialist Certification is a plus. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lightning Platform. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot integration and quoting challenges. Ability to design scalable CPQ solutions that align with business goals. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong documentation skills to maintain system configurations and user guides. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce automation tools. Knowledge of the manufacturing or industrial sales domain. Previous experience working on complex CPQ projects involving multiple integrations.
