Provide data storage design and engineering services (e.g., SAN, NAS) 8. Provide architecture and engineering support for Collaborative Computing Services (e.g., Exchange On-premise, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-premise) 10. Provide escalated support for all in-scope Equipment of the Data Center Environment computing infrastructure 11. Define system administration requirements 12.
