Assists in the installation and maintenance of personal computers, mid- range systems and various applications and configurations on a network environment. Participates in certain aspects of user consulting, system analysis, general systems design and detail system design. Investigates alternative methods to expedite problem resolution. Provides advanced training to personnel in the proper use of equipment and software programs. Provides personal computer, network equipment installation, support and relocation. Maintains and updates system documentation and ensures that communication, system protocols and procedures are executed properly and in a timely manner. Consults with senior level staff managers as necessary. Performs other duties as assigned. REQUIRED DEGREE Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelors Degree. REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(S) REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE YEARS Candidates ACTUAL Years of Experience Full-time work experience in personal computer support and configuration 3 Full-time work experience utilizing a Microsoft Active Directory environment 2 Experience in the support and configuration of Microsoft Operating systems and Outlook.
