Assists with form design, implementation and advanced complex help desk duties by providing support for remote printers and computer devices for County employees. Supports Job Scheduler, Network Director Mainframe applications; and Information Management System (IMS) databases. Performs initial builds, creates test copies and executes recovery of existing databases. Creates and develops the policies/procedures for all hardware/software installations. Trains staff on the utilization and application of hardware and software standards. Plans, schedules, coordinates, assists and tests applications. Integrates applications with new installations into the present computer environment. Performs other duties as assigned.
