This is a key role within our clients Infrastructure team, where youll design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable Azure cloud solutions. Responsibilities: Manage and monitor Azure environment performance, proactively identifying and implementing optimization opportunities. Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and manage Azure services including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings (e.g., Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, Web Apps, Logic Apps, and Function Apps). Drive automation and standardization to enhance efficiency in server and service infrastructure. Collaborate with security teams to establish and maintain security measures and compliance controls (e.g., Entra ID, Security Center, Key Vault, Windows Updates). Manage the Keyfactor Cert Manager platform, automating certificate deployment and renewal, and integrating certificates with applications. Contribute to documentation efforts, identifying and addressing gaps in processes, workflows, or existing documentation. Experience & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of Windows Systems Engineering/Administration experience in mid to large enterprise environments. 5+ years of experience in Azure Cloud Engineering, particularly with Azure IaaS solutions. Proven expertise in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings. Strong understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) concepts, including certificate lifecycle management, root/intermediate certificates, and trust hierarchies. Experience with certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, audits/compliance, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in scripting and automation with tools like Power or Azure CLI. Deep knowledge of Azure security best practices and compliance requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying gaps and suggesting improvements. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Keyfactor Cert Manager for certificate discovery, automation, and policy management. Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Security Engineer Associate). Experience working with Azure PaaS environments.
