Implement a voice and data system, including installation and maintenance of associated voice and data circuits, devices, and supplemental equipment. Coordinate the implementation of new hardware and software that maintain the County's voice and data systems. Plan and devise the telecommunication installation and internal phone wiring of County departmental moves and changes of services. Serve as a liaison to outside vendors, including ordering and coordinating the installation of all telecommunication services.
