Role: SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration Functional Lead Location: Universal City, CA (Remote) Contract Job Description: Experienced SAP Business Network Supply Chain Collaboration Architect with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of SAP's Supply Chain Collaboration capabilities and demonstrate expertise in configuring, building, and testing. Mostly remote work with occasional travel to client office. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement SAP Business Network Supply Chain Collaboration solutions. Drive end-to-end processes for Purchase Order Collaboration, including: Order confirmation, Advance Shipment Notice (ASN) processing, and Goods Receipt (GR) processing. Integration of PO, GR, and Ariba Invoice Management modules. Managing invoicing rules and Business Network configurations. Lead processes for: Service Entry Sheet Collaboration Subcontracting and Multi-Tier Collaboration OEM to Contract Manufacturing Collaboration Stock Transport Collaboration Scheduling Agreement Collaboration Consignment Collaboration Design Manufacturing Visibility and Forecast Collaboration to enhance supply chain efficiency. Implement Supply Chain Monitor capabilities to track Order Confirmation deviations Ensure seamless handling of collaboration scenarios, such as Subcontracting and Multi-Tiered Supplier Collaboration. Develop comprehensive training documentation and conduct user training sessions. Requirements: Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Business Network Supply Chain Collaboration. Strong expertise in configuring and customizing SAP processes, including Purchase Order Collaboration, Subcontracting, and Consignment. Proven ability to design and test robust solutions for SAP Business Network processes. Experience in invoicing and credit memo processing, with a focus on Ariba Invoice Management. Familiarity with multi-tier collaboration and manufacturing scenarios involving Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and contract manufacturers. Knowledge of supply chain performance monitoring and handling of deviations. Excellent skills in building training materials and conducting training sessions.
