Required Qualifications Test Management and Automation: Minimum of 7 years of experience in creating and managing test strategies, plans, and cases. Proficient in tools like Zephyr and JIRA. Strong background in automated testing. Agile and Scrum Methodologies: In-depth understanding of Agile principles and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). Hands-on experience participating in PI (Program Increment) planning and collaborating with Scrum teams. API and Data Layer Testing: Skilled in gathering and analyzing requirements for data, API, and UI layers. Experienced in planning and creating test data and executing timely test cycles with delivery teams. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for automation testing in the ENAC program, ensuring alignment across Scrum teams. Drive value by sharing technical and functional knowledge to support business strategies. Collaborate with leadership to maintain a comprehensive testing strategy that meets organizational and client needs. Lead initiatives for process improvement and adoption of new technologies and automation tools. Ensure compliance with security standards such as HIPAA, PCI, PII, and SOC. Manage customer issues by coordinating technical teams, setting work plans, and driving resolution. Key Duties Attend Pre-PI and PI planning meetings to gather requirements for data, API, and UI layers. Create test strategies and share with stakeholders within a week of PI planning. Identify risks during testing and propose mitigation strategies. Ensure comprehensive test coverage and prevent defect slippage during integration testing. Increase the use of automation scripts across testing phases (system, integration, and regression). Use Zephyr for test management, JIRA for tracking features and defects, and maintain documentation on Confluence or SharePoint. Collaborate with product owners to review and finalize test scenarios and cases. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks as needed. Share test execution results and ensure traceability to business requirements. Core Competencies Expertise in Agile (SAFe) and Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in AWS, API validation, and relational database testing. Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Docker container management. Ability to analyze ETL/ELT logic and write complex SQL queries. Experience with automation best practices and Cloud infrastructure. Solid understanding of test planning, execution, and risk mitigation. Skills and Experience Required: 8+ years of integrated testing and automation experience. 8+ years of technical support (preferably in the healthcare industry). 5+ years of coding experience in Java, C++, or similar OOP languages. Strong skills in problem-solving, organizational planning, and leadership. Additional Skills: Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC, and PCI compliance. Proficient in tools like JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence, and SharePoint. Strong knowledge of SQL queries, cloud platforms (AWS), and Docker. Ability to manage tasks independently or as part of a team. Educational Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred: Experience in healthcare-related testing scenarios or technical support.
