Please focus on this requirement and share qualified consultants Job Title: Senior UX Designer -with a really strong portfolio Skype + Face 2 Face 100% interview Location: Seattle, Washington (Hybrid) (WA Local preferred) Contract: 18 Months Visa : Any Open for Any VISA Exp 10 yr Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX design and user research Experience conducting user research, including customer interviews, usability testing, and creating user journey maps. Familiarity with hardware/software integration and the challenges associated with designing for both. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools. We use Figma and Miro. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex research findings into actionable design solutions. Knowledge of software development processes and the ability to work closely with development teams to ensure design implementation. Strong proficiency in interaction design, with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles. 5+ years of experience in UX design and user research, with a proven track record of shipping productsfrom design and user testing to implementation and releasewhile gathering and applying feedback to continuously improve the user experience. Experience in the medical product industry, preferably including familiarity with IEC 62366-1 (application of usability engineering to medical devices), FDA Human Factors Guidance, and IEC 62304 (software lifecycle processes for medical devices). Nice to have Experience working in a regulated industry i.e. medical devices, government, aviation, automotive, aerospace, etc. Familiarity with UI kits and/or design systems and maintaining design consistency across products. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in medical device design. Experience with Jira and Agile methodology.
