Dear Associates, Position: Sr. Program Director Lev.3 Work Location: 100% On-site from Day One Duration: 48 months Rate: Quote your lowest best Resource Must provide Three (3) Professional References ; Work Authorization & Valid Photo ID (no exceptions on this) Local or Nearby Consultants only Scope Of Services : Work directly with the Systems Integrator to implement the strategic vision for the Legacy Replacement Program (LRP), focusing on clear business outcomes and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations Engage with the LRP Sponsor on all matters impacting the project including scope, budget, risk and resource management. Work with the Systems Integrator as the primary Lead in the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of all program activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Interact with and provides direct instructions to EPMO staff supporting LRP to ensure alignment with all planning and execution activities Engage and guide where skill gaps within the team are addressed by promoting training and development opportunities. Uphold critical paths to achieve program goals and interacts with QA Vendor to ensure alignment with tasks and duration. Ensure the Program governance structures for oversight, feedback, and decision-making is effective by: Chairs the LRP Steering Committee Define the roles and responsibilities of governance bodies, including Steering Committees, advisory boards, and/or working groups. Create a decision-making structure that promotes accountability and oversight. Resolve conflicts or challenges that arise throughout Program execution. Oversee project risk and issues and works with the team to address risks, including technical challenges, data migration issues, and organizational change. Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and collecting feedback. Regularly reports on program status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, executive leadership including Client Board of Trustees. Promote a culture of ongoing improvement by assessing program outcomes, capturing lessons learned, and applying lessons forward Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality deliverables and compliance with project scope and timelines. Collaborate with Programs Leads to develop and execute organizational change management strategies to support user adoption of new systems and processes as well as client operational transition. Mandatory Skills: At least 15 - 20 years of prior experience with a large-scale Legacy Replacement Project(s) involving Multiple third-party Vendors and large Data Conversion At least 12 - 15 years of proven software implementation experience as a Senior Director/Program or Project Management Leader Prior experience interfacing with executives including delivering presentations. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage/engage key stakeholders and cross-functional teams Experience with Organizational Change Management Methodologies and tools required Strong Meeting/Workshop facilitation skills Experience with software development life cycle and application release management required Ability to establish goals and set clear expectations, prioritize activities and follow through to completion Detail-oriented and self-motivated to drive self and team to align and achieve stated goals. Excellent organizational skills for the management of tasks of varying complexities, stages, and deadlines Ability to work independently and in team-based environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to different audience Bachelor or Masters degree in business administration, Information Technology, Project Management (required) PgMP Certified and Certified Project Manager (required) Thanks, Ram M.
