Will need some technical skills such as understanding and creating SQL queries, working with Power BI, and proficiency with Excel reporting Will be analyzing data to help improve processes and identify new opportunities for improvement. Will be communicating with multiple teams weekly so excellent communications & professionalism is very important. Have some tasks that need to be automated but must be completed manually in the meantime. Top Skills Required: SQL - creating & maintaining queries for data access and data analysis Gap analysis (space between the present state "where we are" and the target state "where we want to be". Gap analysis assesses the differences between the actual and expected performance in an organization. It can also be called a 'need analysis', 'need assessment', or 'need-gap analysis'.) Program/project leadership skills Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. PowerPoint - create team and executive presentations to communicate status and describe issues when relevant Excellent communication skills Power BI (or similar visualization) is nice but not required. Financial systems knowledge is nice but not required.
