This on-site role in Tampa, FL, involves designing, implementing, and maintaining middleware systems that integrate legacy and new applications while ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.Key Responsibilities: Design and implement middleware systems compatible with both legacy and modern applications. Integrate applications across multi-region environments. Develop and maintain architecture frameworks supporting Event-Driven Architecture, SOA, Microservices, and Serverless Computing. Ensure application security, performance, and multi-layer compatibility. Design scalable cloud solutions using Azure components such as Function App, Service Fabric, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Service Bus, App Insights, Azure VMs, Key Vault, and NoSQL databases. Provide technical guidance on design patterns like Faade, Factory, and Dependency Injection. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions. Guide the team on CI/CD best practices, ensuring robust deployment pipelines. Mentor team members and support production releases and troubleshooting. Establish best practices and standards for middleware development and maintenance.Required Skills and Experience: 12+ years of hands-on experience with technologies such as C#, SQL, .NET, Unit Testing, ORM, ASP.Net, MVC, Windows Services, and Web API. 5+ years of experience as an architect in middleware design and implementation. Expertise in integrating applications for multi-region support. Proficiency in Azure services (Function Apps, Service Fabric, Azure SQL, etc.). Strong knowledge of design patterns (Faade, Factory, Dependency Injection). Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD). Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React. Familiarity with container orchestration, identity service providers, and ARM templates.Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Developer or other Azure certifications. Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React). Familiarity with production support and release planning.Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
