Preferred Qualifications Years of Experience Year Skills Last Used Skill Level (Defined Below) Experience managing projects with a large, distributed user base; Experience managing waterfall projects; Experience with state government projects; Experience managing and reporting projects in compliance with Rule 60GG-1, F.A.C.; Experience working with technical programming teams; Ability to demonstrate a take-charge, can-do attitude with the initiative to solve complex problems; Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders; Skills in negotiation, mediation, facilitation, and team building; Knowledge of IT standards in a criminal justice environment; Experience managing vendors and vendor projects; Knowledge in other IT areas such as programming, data analytics, etc.; A team player attitude with a high-energy level and diligent work ethic; and Ability to meet or exceed deadlines, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to organize and prioritize activities.
