Job Title: SAP QM (Quality Management) Consultant Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Type: Contract Visa: with Passport Number Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver SAP QM and manufacturing projects, ensuring successful implementation. Design and provide solutions with multiple options, thoroughly understanding business requirements. Interaction with developers to communicate requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical designs. Accountable for on-time delivery of project deliverables. Preparation of Test Scripts and monitoring of Job execution. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 12 years of overall experience in SAP Quality Management and relevant industry experience. At least 10 years of strong manufacturing expertise working in roles such as analyst, configurator, and lead in QM and MFG areas. Minimum of one end-to-end implementation experience (Greenfield or brownfield) on S4HANA and as onsite delivery lead for 3 full lifecycle projects. Proven experience in QM with strong cross-module integration knowledge. At least 2 years of development and rollout experience with a minimum of 2 development projects. Desirable Skills: Experience with POMS solutions, validated environments, and advanced planning solutions. Knowledge of third-party tools in manufacturing (e.g., LIMS, MES, Track-wise). Understanding of IDOC monitoring and issue resolution. Methodologies: Familiarity with project implementation methodologies related to SAP products. Attributes: Ability to comprehend and resolve IDOC related issues. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
