Role                       : HR Systems Specialist - Workday

Location               : HYBRID 1 day onsite a week in NYC

Duration              : 3-6+ months contract - extendable

USC & GC Only

Job Description :

This is back open the person they hired didnt work out. The have to be able to go onsite 2 days a week in NYC initially so must be local. Will revert to remote after the initial few weeks onsite 2 days a week

Workday HRIS modules must include:

4 years of experience overall

Must be HCM savvy

Workday modules including Recruitment, Security, EIB's, Integrations, Recruitment and time Management

Must be comfortable with data and report writing

Troubleshoot a business process

Great communication, written, and organizational skills

Daily

Provide HRP Data Entry Support; including terminations, job changes, manager changes, organization changes

Provide Non-IT Data Entry Support

Provide Union Data Support

Follow up on Fixed Term/Consultant pending termination dates

Maintain Supervisor Orgs and Cost Centers - Creating, Inactivating, Reassigning supervisory organizations when a manager goes on leave or returns;

Update Security for HR Partner roles on Cost Center Hierarchy when portfolio assignments change

Support Position Management - Update position restrictions for positions created during promotions and update the budgeted FTE field

Support Headcount Reconciliation update positions, close/open, budgeted FTE, troubleshoot data

Support Promotions/Sr Designation Processes

Reporting

Respond to WD inbox shared mailbox

Respond to WD Inbox

Troubleshoot WD issues/Resolve tickets

Weekly

Update Security - Assigning Okta Accounts to hires

Monthly

Review Pending Time Off Requests and send reminders to Managers/HR Ops

Partner with team to review and resolve testing results from Kainos

Ensure acknowledgment of Data Privacy Statements are signed off (GDPR Compliance)

Review Audit Reports and make necessary updates and corrections or reach out to SME/HRPs as needed. Report names are listed below:

Audit Position with Additional Job Classifications

Audit Open Positions with Time Entity Assignments

Union Membership Audit

Communications Workers of America Local 1180

Active Employees - Fixed Term

Closed/Filled Job Reqs with Active Candidates

In Progress Time off Events

Audit Supervisory Orgs with Count of Direct Reports

Quarterly

Move Pending Time Off Requests to approved for Managers

Annual & Ad Hoc

Update Holiday Calendars

Update expiration dates of scheduled alerts and reports

Testing for Semi-Annual updates and configuration changes

Facilitate training for HR Team HRPs

Excel support

Visio support

Support with Budget during a Sabbatical

Admin support for WD Job Aid (works with Communications)

Payroll/Time Management Troubleshooting
