Job Title: SuccessFactors Developer Location: York, NY/Onsite Role Description: * SuccessFactors Developer ** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SuccessFactors Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Employee Central and a strong background in integration, particularly with Oracle databases, LMS, and Performance and Goals modules. **Key Responsibilities: **- Develop, configure, and implement SuccessFactors solutions, focusing on Employee Central.- Design and implement integrations with Oracle databases, LMS, and Performance and Goals modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors applications. Ensure data integrity and security within the SuccessFactors environment.- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment. Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors features and best practices. **Must-Have Qualifications: **- 7+ years of experience in SuccessFactors development, with a focus on Employee Central. Proven experience with integration, especially with Oracle databases.- Strong knowledge of LMS and Performance and Goals modules. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications: **- Experience with other SuccessFactors modules. Familiarity with SAP HCM.- Certification in SuccessFactors. **Skills: **- Proactive and self-motivated.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
