Title: OpenText ECM Config Specialist Location: Remote Duration: 12 Months Primary skill: OpenText ECM Tools Must-have skills for this role: Doc plus application Knowledge or OpenText Exstream Years of experience required for each skill 3 and above. Job description: o Serves as the subject matter expert for banking application Client DocPlus (or Similar Customer communication management product like 'OpenText Exstream') to design and create letters/correspondence. o Performs administration and configuration duties in conjunction with the Information Technology department. o Manages the stages of the software application including, release and alert testing, coordinates alert and release upgrades. o Knowledge of basic Javascript, XML, library files, variables o Manages the deployment through CI/CD tools like BitBucket o Manages the end user experience within Client DocPlus and related applications. o Troubleshoots issues. o Responsible for change management. o Participates and leads in technology refresh projects related to the banking applications. o Responsible for peer access reviews. o Oversees customer letter design and Notices generation. o Actively leads process efficiency exercises to fully utilize the Core banking applications o Good to have knowledge of JIRA/Client for change request creation and user stories. -- Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment information technology wtwo Remote OpenText ECM Config Specialist [email protected] |
