The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and a passion for creating dynamic, user-friendly web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain AEM solutions that meet our business needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance AEM components, templates, and workflows. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and accessible user interfaces. Integrate AEM with third-party services and APIs. Optimize AEM performance and ensure high availability of applications. Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in development. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience as an AEM Developer (X years). Proficient in Java, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. Familiarity with AEM concepts such as Sling, OSGi, and JCR. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud tools. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Understanding of SEO and web analytics.
