Position: QA Test Lead Location: Waltham, MA (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Responsibilities: 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2+ years as a Test Lead. Hands-on experience testing Electric Applications (e.g., EMS, SCADA, power distribution software, load management systems, or grid software). Strong understanding of Electric domain concepts such as load balancing, power flow, outages, metering, and real-time data monitoring. Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, UFT, TestNG, or similar frameworks. Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps. Experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent tools. Solid leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding QA teams.
