The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Employee Central and a strong background in integration, particularly with Oracle databases, LMS, and Performance and Goals modules. Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and implement SuccessFactors solutions, focusing on Employee Central. Design and implement integrations with Oracle databases, LMS, and Performance and Goals modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors applications. Ensure data integrity and security within the SuccessFactors environment. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment. Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors features and best practices. Must-Have Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in SuccessFactors development, with a focus on Employee Central. Proven experience with integration, especially with Oracle databases. Strong knowledge of LMS and Performance and Goals modules. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience with other SuccessFactors modules. Familiarity with SAP HCM. Certification in SuccessFactors. Skills: Proactive and self-motivated.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
