What Youll Do: Develop and deploy RPA bots using UiPath. Analyze and document processes to identify and implement automation opportunities. Design reusable components, workflows, and scripts to enhance efficiency. Perform unit testing, deploy bots to production, and provide ongoing support. Troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve bot performance issues. Translate business requirements into technical designs. Maintain technical documentation (e.g., PDDs and SDDs) and share knowledge with teams. Stay current on RPA tools, trends, and best practices. What You Bring: 8+ years of experience in RPA development with hands-on expertise in UiPath. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and SQL. Strong skills in workflow design, debugging, and error handling. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. UiPath RPA Certification. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (a plus).
