Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Consultant with 8-10 years of consulting experience in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, deep expertise in SAP EWM, and experience working with integration across various ERP components. This role involves providing support for daily operations, production support, and leading SAP global initiatives as a business integrator. Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations / Production Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP EWM in daily operations. Gather requirements for continuous improvement changes and manage change delivery. Execute and improve test scripts as needed. Support documentation improvements. Manage release activities, including lcm/gui testing, test management, and configuration. Project Work & Implementation Support: Lead and manage EWM assignments independently, ensuring alignment with client business needs. Identify gaps between the client global template and target operations/process models. Advise on implementing solutions in alignment with the global template or propose necessary changes. Design, configure, and develop solutions based on client requirements. Document requirements, design documents, configuration documents, and test scripts per company standards and SOPs. Perform reviews of deliverables produced to ensure compliance with quality standards and SOPs. Lead testing efforts for in-scope processes, ensuring smooth integration and functioning. Provide user training and documentation for integrated processes. Provide stabilization support for in-scope processes and conduct knowledge transition to AMS teams. Collaboration: Work closely with the global SAP team to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support. Engage in the Onsite/Offshore model for project and support execution. Required Qualifications: Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on SAP EWM consulting experience. Proven experience with SAP EWM implementation, including inbound/outbound, PP integration, and internal process management. Strong integration knowledge with SAP ERP components such as MM, SD, and PP. Experience in working with SAP Best Practices for both embedded and decentralized EWM. Familiarity with RF devices and barcode support functions. Skills: Strong communication skills in English (Speaking, Presentation, and Written). Ability to manage EWM assignments independently, ensuring high-quality delivery. Expertise in SAP EWM, specifically with inbound/outbound processes, and integration with other SAP modules (MM/SD/PP). Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) in relation to ERP implementations. Nice-to-Have: Advanced SAP EWM experience. Experience with SAP global template alignment and business process integration. Additional Information: The candidate should be willing to work with a global team, providing business integration support for the SAP EWM solution across multiple regions.
