Position: Application Support Analyst Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ months contract Job Description Qualifications: 2-4 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM or UKG Workforce Central, particularly in the development and support of WECI integrations. Strong knowledge of Kronos WFC and UKG Pro WFM architecture and integration points. Proven experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting integrations between Kronos WFC/UKG Pro WFM and other enterprise systems. Experience with API-based integrations, FTP processes, and data mapping tools. Technical Skills: Proficient in writing and debugging scripts for WECI integrations. Strong understanding of data formats like XML, JSON, CSV, and integration protocols such as SOAP, REST, and FTP. Experience with SQL, querying databases, and working with relational data models. Familiarity with Workforce Management best practices and processes is a plus.
