DevOps/ML-Ops Engineer 6+ Months Project Remote Position 10+ Years of Experience Only H1B & H4EAD on C2C . This role, in a leading life sciences organization, focuses on integrating machine learning, cloud computing, and automation to deploy, scale, and monitor AI/ML models effectively in production environments. Collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders will be central to delivering scalable and robust solutions. Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Management: Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML workloads. Automate provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of ML services. MLOps Pipelines: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines tailored for ML workflows using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. Implement data versioning, model tracking, and model versioning with tools like DVC, MLflow, or Kubeflow. Automate training, testing, and deployment of ML models to production environments. Model Deployment & Monitoring: Package and deploy ML models using Docker and Kubernetes or serverless platforms. Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and automated retraining strategies. Develop robust APIs and microservices for model inference and integration with downstream systems. Collaboration & Cross-functional Support: Partner with data scientists to optimize model workflows and requirements. Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Operational Excellence: Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). Troubleshoot production issues to ensure minimal downtime. Optimize costs and resource utilization in cloud environments. Required Skills: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in DevOps, MLOps, or Cloud Engineering roles. Proficiency in Python, Bash, and other scripting languages. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Hands-on experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn. Proficiency with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or TFX. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop). Expertise in developing CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Preferred Skills: Experience in life sciences or healthcare industries. Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, GxP). Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and workflows.
