Role: Senior Manager Masters Degree, PhD preferred with 6 + years experience with AI/ML 3+ years of experience as a Manager or Sr. Manager of Data Science or AI/ML engineering teams with proficiency in providing feedback to work group strategies, policies, and plans Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, scopes projects, realistically estimates work and drive stakeholder/end-user alignment Successful project experience in Data Science in an Enterprise setting, and extensive use of methods like: regression, decision trees, random forests, GBMs, Bayesian methods, neural networks/deep learning, support vector machines, recommendation engines, k-nearest neighbor, NLP, Business Process Mining or HMM 4+ years of experience in building predictive models, defining variables, variable selection, and measuring model quality Experience in model explainability, delivering model explanation/reason codes along with predictions/recommendations Expertise with scripting in R, SAS, Python, or similar tools Demonstrated ability to drive creativity and innovation in AI projects. Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in LLMs, deep learning, NLP, NLU, BERT, GPT, NLP, and related AI technologies.
