COMPLETE JOB DESCRIPTION IS BELOW FOR YOUR REVIEW: Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead Location: Tyson, VA - Day 1 onsite Hire Type: Contract Mandatory - LWC, Eco-system Rate: 60 c2c Job Description: Over 10-12+ years of IT experience with a minimum 3 years of professional experience with the Salesforce eco-system 3+ years of experience in a hands-on technical leadership position At least 2 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of the Salesforce platform Strong understanding of Salesforce infrastructure, security and related cloud technologies Extensive development experience with Salesforce development technologies; security, process builder, flow, workflow, APEX, Visual Force, Lightning, Community, Workflows, Triggers, API, SOSL, SOQL, REST, App builder Experience in HTML, XML, JavaScript, Java, relational databases, SQL, ETL tools, etc. Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Administrator Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud) preferred. (1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. (2.)
