Lead and motivate teams to meet project goals and milestones. Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment for major and minor risk initiatives. Ensure program alignment with strategic objectives through metrics, test planning, and deployment. Develop and enhance organizational practices, templates, and tools. Collaborate with risk executives to ensure project alignment with risk objectives. Lead risk remediation programs, driving requirements to delivery teams. Requirements: Experience managing mid-to-large infrastructure projects using Agile/Scrum/Kanban. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills (advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Knowledge of risk management for infrastructure (e.g., IT Security, Cybersecurity). Experience with technology controls programs (e.g., SDLC, ITIL/COBIT frameworks). Ability to manage multiple projects, focus on service excellence, and maintain relationships. Familiarity with Operational Risk and related regulations (e.g., Basel, SOX, OCC). 10+ years of infrastructure project experience.
