Role: Automation Engineer - Back-end Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid - 2-3 Days) Job Description: We are looking for a talented Automation Engineer - Back-end to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in back-end automation, with Python as the primary skill. Experience with Golang is preferred but not mandatory. The role also requires familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing automation frameworks and tools for back-end services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable back-end automation frameworks using Python. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and automate test cases, processes, and workflows. Optimize existing systems and ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of automated solutions. Design and implement cloud-based solutions on platforms like AWS or Azure. (Optional) Develop and integrate services using Golang to support back-end workflows. Create technical documentation and reports to monitor automation processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in back-end automation pipelines. Follow best practices in software development, testing, and deployment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience in back-end automation, with strong expertise in Python. Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Familiarity with API testing, integration testing, and back-end performance testing. Knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). Proficient in version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. (Preferred) Experience with Golang for developing and maintaining services. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies. Familiarity with database systems (SQL/NoSQL). Understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
