Written and deployed ScriptRunner scripts 2. Written Automation for Jira rules 3. Held Site Admin rights or higher for an organization 4. Successfully configured and enabled at least 5 different plug-ins in Jira Cloud 5. Adept at using MS Teams for meetings Non-technical: Strong verbal and written communication skills (US English) Excellent Customer Service Skills & Stakeholder awareness Presentation skills, able to deliver JIRA related training where necessary Desired experience: 1. Completed a JIRA migration (DC/on-prem/server/Cloud) to cloud 2. Confluence Admin experience 3. Set up an authentication service on Azure AD, AWS, or some other Active Directory 4. Successfully added external users (outside the organizations domain) to share a join Jira Cloud instance 5. Created and configured Jira Service Management projects.
