Experience in large-scale integration efforts involving multiple technologies, virtual infrastructures, end-user agencies and/or contractors Experience with SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and RTP (Real-Time Protocol). Experience with Monitoring tools withing NG911 systems Min 12 yrs experience in a particular technical and/or business application, product, platform, methodology or skill set. Knowledge of system integration techniques and the ability to design systems that work seamlessly with existing infrastructure Strong written and oral communication skills as well as presentation and facilitation skills Subject Matter Expert of Enterprise Integration for multiple complex applications within Public Safety domain In-depth knowledge and expertise in various technology stacks, platforms, and architectures. Proficiency in system design principles, software architecture, and understanding of hardware components. SCOPE OF SERVICES Work with subject matter experts and project managers to ensure delivery of desired functionality, requirements, and interoperability of the system of systems. Design and architect integration solutions for NG911 systems to ensure interoperability and seamless communication between different components. Ensure stable enterprise, system of systems architecture by following engineering and architectural best practices. Lead the implementation of integration solutions, including configuring middleware, developing APIs, and setting up communication protocols Lead comprehensive end to end testing discussions, provide test cases for SAT and SIT, and identify areas for automation and scripting wherever possible. Review test results for accuracy, validate against architectural deliverables.
