Role: Lead Workday HCM Consultant Location: Charlotte, NC(Remote) Job Description: Total IT Experience required 10 Years Hands-on experience working with Workday HCM. Experience with at least one full cycle of Workday HCM implementation (from design through go-live). Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules such as HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Compensation. Experience in data migration, system integration, and reporting in Workday Proficiency in Workday configuration, security, and business process management. Familiarity with Workday reporting tools and dashboards. Knowledge of integration tools and techniques within Workday (e.g., Workday Studio, EIB). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. Strong client-facing skills with experience leading client meetings and workshops. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
