Role: Manhattan OMS Consultant (/L3 support) Location: US Remote Type: Contract Travel: Occasional travel required Los Angeles, CA Job Description We are seeking for Manhattan OMS (Order Management System) Consultant with atleast 7+ years of experience. The consultant is responsible for providing /L3 support for Manhattan OMS, ensuring the smooth operation of order management processes in a retail, distribution, or e-commerce environment. The Support Consultant is responsible by ensuring that the OMS system integrates seamlessly with other business applications and should also take care of system maintenance and providing recommendations for system improvements to optimize business operations Minimum of 7+ years in IT project experience, with at least 3+ years of experience in Retail Manhattan OMS production support within the retail industry Strong experience with Manhattan OMS, including system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting. Understanding of retail and distribution business processes, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics. Understanding of order management workflows, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
