Role- Workday HCM Architect Location- Minneapolis MN Hybrid Contract Exp: 15 Years Linkedin ID Mandatory Passport number Mandatory Immediate Joining The candidate would have to travel to a client site at Minneapolis, periodically as per milestones Must-Have Skills: HCM | HR Analytics | Workday HR | Payroll | PeopleSoft HCM | Oracle Key Responsibilities: Design and configure payroll solutions using Workday Payroll. Develop and manage integrations between Workday Payroll and external systems (e.g., tax agencies, banks, time & attendance). Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies across regions. Lead testing and validation efforts to ensure payroll accuracy and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve payroll system issues and perform system enhancements as needed. Document processes and provide training/support to end-users.
