The role involves working on a large-scale ServiceNow implementation and overseeing platform development. The ideal candidate will be an expert in ServiceNow, capable of mentoring and coaching a growing team of developers. Lead Service Now Developer with the modules listed below. Overall 10 years experience with 2+ years as a lead , mentoring a team . Must have CSA (Certified Systems Administrator) OR CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications Key Responsibilities: Mentor and coach the ServiceNow team as they expand Develop across multiple ServiceNow modules: AP Engine, HR, and ITSM Proven experience across various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HR, AppEngine, ITOM, IRM, SecOps, etc.) with in-depth knowledge of platform capabilities, scripting languages, and architecture. Must have deep expertise in ITSM Collaborate closely with the Design Architect on complex projects Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the ServiceNow platform Lead larger, more complex development initiatives. Required Experience: 10 Years of experience working with ServiceNow At least 2+ years of recent leadership experience Must be an expert in ServiceNow (ITSM experience is essential) CSA (Certified Systems Administrator) OR CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications Excellent communication skills are critical.
