User Research : Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points and apply insights to improve content strategies. Collaboration : Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure cohesive content that enhances the overall user experience. Guidelines and Standards : Develop and maintain content guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across all user touchpoints. Feedback Implementation : Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to refine content and improve usability. Cross-Functional Communication : Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on goals and strategies related to content and user experience. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Strategist, or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in UX writing and user-centered content design. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with UX design principles and user research methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency in content management systems and design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
