Job Title: Sap Fico With Supply Chain Exp Location : Charlotte, NC or Waltham, MA Durations: 12+ Months Responsibility:- Supporting the customer on ticket basis, Requirements Gathering meeting for new requirements, Documenting Minutes of Meeting, Preparing Functional Specs and Documentation. Functional Testing of the Customization, Coordinating with Business during User Acceptance Testing Performing bug fixes & doing enhancements as per customer request Working independently with little guidance and inputs Coordination with Project Manager, Delivery Manager for reporting weekly status Liasoning with the offshore team C Programming, Unix Scripting and text processing tools Primary Competencies Epicor Turns ERP SCM, Finance & Order Management Must have skills Person should have experience in Supply Chain and Inventory, Procurement Process P2P, Sales Process O2C etc (Any application such as Oracle / SAP etc) Person should have experience in Finance processes i.e. AP, AR, GL, etc (Any application) Minimum one project implementation & 2-3 support engagements on above mentioned skills. Experience in application support, requirement / process understanding for any changes in the existing processes or new changes, documentation such as User Manuals, FRS, etc. Has interacted with Client directly on field / on site during project Good to have skills Person has worked in an application having business basic as its language in a support environment. Person has worked in Application support / implementation on above skills where interfaces with third part application was involved Person has worked on ERP Implementation project (Any contemporary ERP application) Thanks & Regards ..
