Must have: Strong Product Manager skills (required) Proficient in Angular ( Proficient in React Details We are looking for a Product Manager to join a small but motivated team to assist with enhancements needed for the buildout of programs that support our Franchise Owner Relations Group (FORG). POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide day to day support for 4 portals and maintain multiple applications looking for ways to improve the platforms and build system efficiencies Bring the voice of the customer (internal and external) into the design and prioritization of enhancements. Create the roadmap for the various application enhancements based on guidance from FORG, resources, and budget. Perform product testing, issue management, documentation, escalating when necessary, and ability to take corrective action. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations at varying audience levels, including senior management. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 5 years total work experience as a Product Manager. Proficient in Office suite and agile tools (ie Jira/SmartSheet). Excellent Communicator.
