Position Overview/Responsibilities for the HR Systems Analyst: Provide day-to-day system maintenance, ensuring data integrity and ongoing system testing and improvements Generate reports, report writing, and data analysis for business initiatives and decision-making Manage the Talent application and vendors, HR Interfaces, and the PA and OM structure within SAP HCM Partner with various departments to support Recruiting, HR data, payroll processing, and legal requirements Lead system update process, including making recommendations, leading configuration and testing, and training end users Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and solve problems Ensure consistent delivery of established service level agreements through active, ongoing management Required Skills for HR Systems Analyst: 3-5 years of HR Systems analyst experience utilizing SAP HCM in PA and OM modules Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Previous experience with reporting, recruiting, data analysis, or payroll Advanced skills in Project Management and Documentation Experience working on ADP Payroll and Success Factors Recruiting/Onboarding systems Whats in it for you Competitive compensation package Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more!
