Hello, Greetings from Encore Consulting Services, Inc Technical Writers 3+ months Jackson, MS Primarily remote work with some onsite work in Jackson, MS 2 weeks of onsite work is required, with the rest of the work being remote. Responsibilities: -Work closely with MDCPS resources to storyboard user scenarios for case management applications -Define business outcomes for case management use cases -Develop high quality technical documentation identifying key workflows, use cases, user stories and functional specifications -Publish step by step process instructions to achieve business objectives -Define data requirements associated with clinical use cases -Review and edit technical content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, ensuring it aligns with system functionalities and user needs. -Organize and structure documentation in a way that is easy to understand and navigate. -Produce clear, user-friendly content that is accessible to a diverse audience, including end users, system administrators, and developers. -Provide feedback on the CMS from a user perspective to help improve the usability of the system Required Skills: -Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field -Experience in analyzing, documenting, and implementing software solutions in a technical environment (5 Years) -Knowledge of SQL or similar query languages is preferred. (3 Years) -Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and integration concepts (5 Years) -Experience with cloud technologies, SaaS solutions, and data analysis. (3 Year) -Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail. (5 Years) -Effective communication, organizational and time-management skills. -Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality deliverables. -Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
