As the Lead Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing Salesforce development initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions, and guiding a team of developers. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will leverage your deep knowledge of Salesforce platforms and development tools to drive system enhancements, optimize performance, and ensure best practices in development. Key Responsibilities : Lead the development and customization of Salesforce applications, ensuring the implementation of robust solutions that meet business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, to define and gather requirements and design solutions. Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance on complex coding issues, Salesforce best practices, and troubleshooting. Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other internal systems and third-party applications. Develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment, applying necessary controls to protect sensitive information. Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the Salesforce system is performing efficiently and is scalable. Stay current on Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system functionality. Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and best practices are shared across teams. Manage deployment processes and ensure that releases follow organizational guidelines and standards. Ensure continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies to drive faster and more efficient solution delivery. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior developer role. Proficient in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, data management, and customization. Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, including development methodologies (Agile, Scrum). Experience with Salesforce declarative tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think strategically. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, or similar are a plus. Preferred Skills : Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC). Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and other Salesforce applications.
