Job Description: Coach teams on Agile values and principles and their application as well as backlog management to maximize business value. Support the team by removing and/or escalating impediments that the team cannot resolve themselves including topics related to scope, schedule, prioritization, decision making, risk management, etc. Plan and facilitate team ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demo, and retrospectives . Lead team to a high-performing level by recognizing areas of strength and continuous improvement. Shield the team from frequent outside distractions and interferences . We need to ensure the following: Needs to be a strong SM with previous experience with two teams. Agile methodology experience 3+ Agile/Scrum Certifications. Excellent facilitation skills. Experience with cross-team collaboration and cross platform project work. Dependency Management skills. Conflict resolution and escalation experience. Team metrics monitoring.
